About the event

This will be a space and circle in which you can engage in or bathe in beautiful earthy songs and sound, sense-awakening rose tea and oils, ritual herb smoke burning, deep guided journeys of rest through yoga nidra or fully embodied meditations that can be practiced in our wholeness (from moving to stillness, to sounding), as well as an opportunity to share what's on our hearts or alive for us in a sex-positive and trauma-informed space, and always integrating the evening through embodiment or self nurturing practice.

Please bring your own mug or reusable cup to recieve a serving of rose tea.

You may also like to bring your own shawl or blanket.

I welcome you to bring a flower or natural offering for the altar space and any small sacred items you might like to have with you.

Locating the roundhouse:

The roundhouse is located at the back of 7 Summer Close, Stroud, GL5 1PF. Please park on Summer Street and walk up Summer Close as there is very limted parking space on Summer Close. There is a path to the left of 7 Summer Close.

Please contact me with any questions.

*This month I have extended the session to close at 9:30 which is when it naturally came to close last time. This gave everyone room to share and for us to close properly with a grounding embodided self-nurturing practice before heading home. I am testing this out and welcoming feedback if a slightly shorter sharing circle and earlier close is prefered. *
